DMC 1997? A-Trak's been a major influence to me and many turntablists, but for me 1998 was A-Traks...and still is one of my most favourites beat juggling routines! From Especially the first 2mins! Technics SL1200 (1210's are black) --- get em while you can, cuz they're not made anymore :( Then he's using Traktor with the timecode vinyl to control the music on this laptop. The interface is the Native Instruments Audio8DJ. Mixer is a Pioneer DJM 900.

I got that buddy. DJ/Producer of here of many years. I've opened for Deadmau5, and have also seen many other DJs like him who strictly sync up Ableton and launch clips to 'build their set' and what not. Never been impressed. I give them credit for being great producers and making awesome music, but no care for their 'live performance'

Actually in the last 2 years, A-Trak has produced way more quality music than mr Mau5. Although in the end, thats your opinion, as someone who is always out DJing and in nightclubs, I could tell you A-Trak is def more relevant in the production arena as of late. And he can actually DJ. The only thing separate people from each other is their luck/Path n their lives. Some meet the right people and get in the right path towards success and some don't. I live in L.A and you just go on santa monica blvd and other places and a lot of talents do their thing on the streets and sometimes you see the ones that they do way better job than artists that made it, but they're doing it on the street for a dollar.
