For reference this is Stromae's first song Alors On Danse. He creates all his music himself. It was was released in 2008. This video was a promo with his friend and famous comedian Jamel Debbouze (the little guy) in 2009. I'm not 100% sure if the video was made for fun or comedic purposes or even to promote the song despite it having hit no.1 in alot of different countries when it released. Stromae is definitely an incredible artist and a European superstar
