@@IdleheadOluchi how do you plan your trips I want to be a sole traveller. But my problem is I haven't got any idea or any with experience to put me through although my plan is to first solo the whole of West Africa. How do you think I can do that and on a budget too

Wow West Africa? ok this feels like it’s beyond me I’m sorry. But if I can give any help, I’d say start off with being sure of the country you want to travel to at a certain time. That way, you can take advantage of airline deals, and book ahead which makes flight cheaper; and also avoid festive periods in certain countries (these seasons are more expensive).

Again, watch out for the navigation of a couple of countries you’d want to visit. What states follow where. You could easily just take a bus to the next country. It’s almost the quarter of the price of a plane ticket. I do a lot of bus trips which helps me with budget. This Côte d’Ivoire trip was in conjunction with a Togo & Ghana trip. All countries wouldn’t have happened if I took a flight on each.

Also, 3 star hotels are not terrible. There are countries also that have dormitories/hostels sort of paid accommodation, with a food court. They very popular for travelers or for short stays. They’re also not terrible. It helps to save on huge cash.
