I agree with your philosophy. I think anyone disabled with a passion to travel should be assisted to go. Travel is like Visual College courses. You learn by doing, meeting, eating Reading maps and planning, and Budgeting money. I want to be what your friends are to you, to others . But i am only experienced in Travel in the Cancun, Mexico area. When you have unlimited financial resources though, one could not worry as much because most Taxis and other services can be there if needed. Just one more comment if you’re interested, just 5 minutes ago I watched a video of a young woman Named Amy Brooks from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania USA who also has no arms no legs and she wants to drive Her own van like you do. Maybe you can help each other speak Up to the UN to keep their promises to make sure everyone has rights they need to have a passionate and healthy life. I thought it would be cool to open up a resort for any disabled adult or kids With cancers, stress from divorces, Paralyzed, amputees etc. to have Freedom to relax and do art or music Or snorkeling and eating and woodworking, or whatever makes them strong and happy. And other people who’ve already recovered from something might want to give back and help others because this also is fulfilling. Everybody gets to live joyfully in Paradise and have access to wheelchairs that can go in the sand and nurses and doctors available.

So lucly to be born rich... he has a car and poor but intelligent ppl cannot afford cuz they poor (I'm not saying this is a rude way.. But i had colleagues, poor some they lost a hand or leg in an accident, so it wasn't medical, norn without it, but cannot do things that he did and this made them depressed... they close themselves and refuse to speak, they were refused jobs, some lived in a village and cannot have the basic needs and beying from a eastern european country they faced bullying) so money in some way change tour lifestyle and mind... happy that even if he had money he never refused to continue living and enjoy life...
