I am Syed Muhammad Zargham Hameed from Lahore. I vantured Baltistan as a Solo rider.I had crossed Deosai from Skardu to Astor on my bike ( yamaha 125) all alone. I spent a night at Bara Pani in July 2021. That was a very memorable adventure as my bike slipped and dragged down thrice on the way to Bara pani due to steepy, greasy, and watery ascending track from the side of Skardu and got some scratches and cuts but Chillam side has some good roads to ride. That was an amazing experience. Mr. Khalid you have nailed it.🎉

Every second of this is worth watching. I visited sheosar lake from chilam in the first week of June this year, it was completely frozen and the weather was rough with minimal visibility. Watching you doing it in April looks literally unreal. Looking forward to more adventurous videos 💯

No doubt it’s a nice tracking expedition in extreme cold and high-altitude snow wilderness. Thumbs up. I’m wondering you planned two years for this project, how you forget Garmin device to pinpoint your track. You people off-track 31km in snow out to 64km of your total track you travel 50% extra. The other thing I didn’t understand is, in the last you mentioned one of the difficulties faced was water scarcity. I mean, you planned an Deosai tracking expedition in winters where temperature goes -10 to -20 with 10-15 feet of snow and you are mentioning water scarcity. Your difficulties would be those which you faced unexpectedly not those which are known to you prior to your expedition. My purpose not to criticize you but for future expedition planners/travelers to be precise and accurate while planning such expeditions in which your in-complete planning will jeopardize your or your team life.

@@hadisworld2894 you pointed perfectly, the guide I hired told me I have winter experience this is why I didn’t buy Garmin, later during track I got to know he just came to Sheosar lake in winter from Chilam so he had just 1 day trekking experience in Deosai. We planned camping near rivers but due to weather and some time soft snow we couldn’t do camping at our decided places. So the both surprises we had to face and this is normal for us I am used too of it, I mentioned for people for awareness if anyone want to come he/she must take these measures to have to good experience.

​@@ExplorenExped Thanks for the reply. Alhamdolillah! you people reached safely apart from the risk of detracting 31km in deep snow. Great Expedition, these local people and no doubt strong, honest and helpful, but you need proper skill-set, that requires for such expeditions. (The nearby Sadpara village is known for its top notch mountaineers). Its our government duty to train tracking porters as well as high altitude porters. The foreign mountaineers now preferring to accompany high altitude porters from Nepal for their expedition in Pakistan (Its a shame for our controlling authorities). As tracking and mountaineering is increasing among our countrymen there is need to train porters and guides and proper institutes like Alpine club or some section of tourism department should be involved. It’s an opportunity for Pakistani that they didn’t pay any fees for tracking and mountaineering expeditions. And thank God FBR still any from such expeditions. 😊 I have seen your other vlogs as well. You are really doing Good job. Alhamdollila, the amount of natural wounder God have given to Pakistan is nowhere else in the world.

As I was unaware about your past high-altitude tracking and mountaineering experiences and love for mountaineering. Above all, the other most important point is your sharing of video graphing, documentation and sharing your experiences (vlogs) with the world. This is very rare and it is required to show the presence of such heavenly places on earth (we are blessed that many are in Pakistan). Since I have now seen your previous few Vlogs (of past 8 years) and inspire your tracking and mountaineering experiences. Great job for yourself and for the world, two thumbs-up. Having said that, with such unique and marvelous vlogs, ironically you had only about 5K subscribers (I subscribed as well :-)). I don’t know what happened to people, particularly youth, they like contents of Jannat Mirza and Ducky Bhai (excuse me for their viewers)………. Iam using my son’s ID as my PC is occupied as his base-camp. I love tracking and mountaineering since my student life. Since I am/ was overweight (rather Obese +18 kgs) from my adolescence even then I tracked upto Nanga Parbat base-camp (right from Goner farm Chilas till new base-camp Diamir face). I stayed there one night. At that time there was 4-5 mountaineering international expedition at base-camp. If I have normal weight I would have tried Concordia. So, for people like me, you provided the best option to visit such heavenly places along you and get informed about mountains. I really inspired your efforts, you are doing an Incredible job. .

Pakistan is so rich in this regards I found that opportunity to show this rich wilderness through my lens i have experience of Dolomite, Japanese alps and swiss alps so I can compare Pakistani wilderness with the rest of the world. We have diverse variety of Himalaya, Hindukash and Karakoram I am lot of this not publish one by one Woking on Hindukash Mountain where were never been documented/published any where roughly 50 peaks above 7000m. Working on Indus tributes fed by different glaciers which make it a gigantic river. My work is entirely different and in Pakistan there are least in numbers to watch serious stuff or adventure so subscriber are less but this is not my concern I would work how much I could I want to contribute in this regards to my country. We need tamsha juggat bhand-bazi which I can’t do Good ground Chahat Fateh Ali khan type people and as you said Jannat n Dukki bhai. Hope you’ll find some inspiring nature on my channel. In my opinion, these is also need to discuss/vlog about the proper rules of handling of tracking and mountaineering expedition (International as well as domestic). None of the country have as much and as high mountains as we have, there is need to preserve, protect and promote. Keeping the environment clean and safe as well. Its also important to control the mushroom growth of Dhabas and hotels on the part of such natural heavenly places and the other tourist spots in northers areas. No need to making every place like Patriata (fine if only in major town/city in northern areas). There should be some planning and control. Keep it as natural as possible. That is the only difference about our northern areas from rest of the world, that they was/is as natural as they are. People should reach their destination naturally (after taking modern transport and boarding lodging till major city/ town). These should be designated, limited and close to nature infrastructure facility on major routes of reaching basecamps(not Itwar bazar on these places). I mean to say that this haphazardness commercialization will spoil the nature. There should be some control, before it’s too late.
