Brandon Paterson lol I know exactly how you feel! I was so tempted to see them by myself when they came to Sydney in 2010 but I was 16 so no way it would have happened but still, really hoping they'll do a tour this year!

It is a sample stolen from "spinetta - ruido a magia"
@blackbeltjones29032 жыл бұрын
@@N_L89_ that's a pretty negative way of saying "sampled".
@noja84912 жыл бұрын
@@N_L89_ Luis Alberto Spinetta: maybe the most influential songwritter of argentinian rock. The song sampled is Ruido de Magia, from the album Jardín de los Presentes. Give it a try, Tribe surely did.
@christiancazabonne Жыл бұрын
@@N_L89_ Is not stolen because they are paying author rights, in the record is write ""Dis Generation" contains samples of "Pass the Dutchie" by Musical Youth and "Ruido de magia" by Invisible."

Sheesh. This is Tribe best song ever for the fact that everyone brings their A game with their verses. Although Mr.Muhammad doesnt rap, this beat goes hard asf.

A TRIBE CALLED QUEST!!!! I'm gald to part of history, watching this video before the billion views.

The greatest, always original and surprising, their groove and layered compositions are second to none, and their smart rhythmic rap floors me every time - always refreshing. Timeless and a rare quality that is hard to find... who deserves more recognition that's for sure.

The true importance of A Tribe Called Quest will never be known. They were from another Universe. We were lucky to have them for the time we did. 6 albums were never enough but I’m so happy to have them. Stay blessed Q-Tip, Phife (rest in power), Shaheed & Jarobi. You made the world a much more beautiful place. ✌🏽❤️🎤🍄
