A Tribute to Dick Johnson (1953-2020)

This is my tribute to award-winning Chicago journalist Dick Johnson.
Johnson (age 66), one of the most respected anchors and reporters in the Windy City, passed away on June 9th, 2020 following complications from pulmonary fibrosis, which was not COVID related. Mr. Johnson's career spanned 40 years and he was also an anchor and reporter at rival WLS-TV, as well as KDFW in Dallas, and WTHR-TV in Indianapolis.
My condolences go out to his wife Lauren, his three children, his two grandchildren, and his extended families at the stations he worked for. May you rest in peace, Mr. Johnson.
