A Trip on the California Zephyr

A trip on the California Zephyr on Chugman's layout. The Silver Horizon observation car just spent a day in the Dream Layout's shop getting it's lighting upgraded with interior LED's, a new red flashing strobe light, rear red marker lights, and a lighted drum head. New carpeting was also installed. Management had to film it's first trip. Many new passengers were added and the car was sold out.

Who makes the passenger cars? I've been waiting for the Atlas cars I've had on order for well over a year and a half.

I understand original CALIFORNIA ZEPHYR streamlined silver dome cars are privately owned and available for rental to organized group travels either coupled to special trains or at the rear of Amtrak trains.
