Even though it takes as long as between Bratislava and Prague it's still more comfortable than flying or a bus! I hope to one day go from Sofia to Budapest and Viena through Vidin and Craiova!

Я ездил такими же вагонами с Шумена до Мездра на прощлой неделе, и было 2 велосипеда в вагоне. Пригодны для велосипедов.

..."tremendous funding from the EU"... So far from the truth! Don't make me laugh! In fact Bulgaria put more money into the budget of EU than receive for years. For example we didn't see single EU cent from the EU funds in many cause of natural disasters through the years in sharp contrast with some old member countries which received millions of euro for earthquake on 3 magnitude. Railroad transport is maintained almost 100 % from Bulgarian state (Bulgarian tax payers). Same about road system. If there is referendum about Bulgarian exit from EU, the vast majority of Bulgarian citizens will vote "YES".

Where do you get the information that the majority of Bulgarian citizens will want to leave the EU? You play the role of Kremlin agent Nikolai Malinov from the Slavophiles movement. Please do not write anything that is not true. If Bulgaria leaves the EU, it will be left alone with all its problems. Russia will not help her, because today's Russia is not the USSR. There is no point in Russia helping Bulgaria. Therefore, any talk about Bulgaria’s exit from the EU does not work for Bulgaria’s national interests.
