I am glad to see where I was born,Igbo Olodumare.i saw my dad house in the video, with that close doors and windows after the place qualified as kitchen at the end part of the video.civilisation has made that village empty.that village has produced great people all over this country.people do come write WAEC Fagunwa Memorial high school and the school do record nothing less than 100 candidates for WAEC and NECO every year till things change.Every of those mud houses has nothing less than 12 occupants in them then.it use to be fun then.no one want to stay in village anymore is why it has turned scanty place.most of us that grew up there attended nice higher institution in Nigeria.i studied pure and applied mathematics at Uniben and majority attended OAU,UNILORIN etc.i love that village,I recently attended a wedding at Oluji and I took a bike from my hotel room to see the village after the wedding. Most of those house owners are late now’my their soul rest in perfect peace.most of them were not from Ondo state.they moved down there for farming because of the fertile soil from Kwara state,Osun state and Oyo state,my parents still live, they relocated back to our place in Igboho in Oyo state because they are old.my Igbo girlfriend was with me when I went there on bike from my hotel room.she was like Wao.two of my mates that play with sand instead of toy then in that village are in Texas USA and Torino Italy as I speak now.you might need one or two from this information provided.if you grew up in this village or neighboring villages like Awopeju,Temidire,Oke Alfia,kajola,Owode,abamuda...you can contact me on this 08142734644.

I noticed majorities here are having issues with the word ‘igbo’.That is Yoruba for you.a word in Yoruba with same write up can give you four or more different meanings depending on the pronunciation.that same word Igbo means bush,it means weed smoked by people,it is also the same write up for the tribe from east,Igbo tribe.the translation of Igbo in this content of the adventure to Okelangbodo is bush.

The word Igbo has been in existence for hundred of thousands of years. Igbo was derived from composite igbo words Ndi and Gbo. Ndi means people and Gbo means Ancient. When you bring the two word together you get Ndigbo, Ndigbo means Ancient people. I from Ndi and Adding it in from of Gbo to get igbo, igbo is short words for Ndigbo which means Ancient people.

one can easily tell that during the regional system of government, people could live in everywhere without thinking about the city because everything can get to them and their business can also flourish. People built their houses, farms, industries in villages and lived comfortably but fast-forward to today's system of government, everybody now desire to be in the city and the find it hard to replicate the same in their villages. Everybody mindset are now towarda the city. So sad. The collapse of regional government really dented our progress as a country.

We all went to see our Grandma the same day we landed. It's still fresh in my mind. Mobile phones didn't exist and we just turned up 🤣 I was expecting to see lions and tigers plus other things the media created in my mind as a kid. I was a bit surprised though.

Please sister try to translate Yoruba terms and words that you use so that non speakers of the language that watch your wonderful videos can understand everything that you are communicating. Doing so will reduce the possibility of misunderstanding. One of our Igbo brethren here is assuming that the Igbo in Igbo Olodumare is referring to his people. I had to explain to him that in Yoruba, igbo means forest.

@@ejanlatingbokunmi154 The word Igbo has been in existence for hundred of thousands of years.

Inferiority complex is in your gene. This the reason why Yorubas call Igbo people Ibo instead of Igbo. This is done in order not to mix the word Igbo which means a forest or bush in Yoruba with Ibo people. Marijuana/weed is also called Igbo in Yoruba since it comes from bush as well.
