Maya was incredibly patient with Todd. He's being an obnoxious pup. She just let him know, in dog language, "Kid, back up." Some people get so sensitive whenever they see a dog growl or snap at another dog. It's a clear communication and as you pointed out, Todd is fine. She never touched him.

@@ArmednotTriggered Heck dogs take better care of their kids than some humans do infact I have seen dogs protect and care for human children better than the parent or human on charge mostly it was an abusive Nanny that the dog or Cat had to defend the child against and alerted the parents also that Hey this person is bad I don't want her around my smol hooman! like the story of KIllian and the 10 month old baby Killian in no uncertain terms told that babysitter if you so much as blink too loud at my baby again I will live up to my name LOL thank goodness the parents noticed KIllian's behavioral change as he started growling when the Nanny was around or especilly with the baby and that dog reportedly never growled at anyone then they put a camera hidden in the home and what it showed was horrific she left him in his own filthly diaper for hours she yelled at and called him names yes he was crying during all this and they didn't see this but they heard off Camera what sounded like him being thrown down on a bed roughly and distinct slapping sounds followed immediately by the baby crying not just crying but a screaming cry and possiblty even the baby boy being shaken the immediately took him to ER thanks to God he had no injuries and I pray he is too young to remember any of that trauma and I hope the parents can heal too they had to work and the nanny had no blemish on her record even if she did have priors the background check came up clean they did their homework on her and she put on a perfect mask of a sweet young gentle woman but Killian who at first liked her to he quickly had her number when he saw what she was doing to his beloved boy and he was alert the parents she only got 3 years jail time but she was put on a registry for child abuse and forbidden to work with and around vulnerable children and babies ever again and I hope she does not con her way back in by moving and all kinds of crap that I just thought maybe she is not that smart she obviously got off on the power over a defenseless baby Killian is an angel his wings are covered under his fur he will always do a protect of his boy

I literally love the fact that tucker can be able to have his son live with him and be able to see his other children and his parents. Like it’s unbelievable, my dogs don’t know any of their family, like my dogs never meet up with their relatives. It’s just cause they don’t have the chance too. They’re long gone somewhere.

@@jenellsaphid that isnt entirely true. Male (father) dogs dont have a connection with their young. They know theyre related but it's nothing special to them. For female (mother) dogs they definitely do have a bond and can tell when it's of their own. Additionally dogs can tell if they are related or not (ex siblings) this doesnt mean that theyre going get excited and happy when they see a relative but they definitely know in their own way. My mom's dog ran into his sister on a walk and they sniffed each other for a very very long time but beyond that it wasnt much different from any other dog encounter.

One thing I learned while working at a dog daycare is that sometimes when dogs snap or growl at others, especially after one of them is just arriving, you have to let them do it because they are just telling the other that they need to give them space and to have dog manners. Todd seems to be a quick learner tho! :P :) At 2:51 it kinda looks like he's trying to wrangle a crocodile! XDXD
