A Triple Jump Technical Model - Clymer Version

Here is a Keynote presentation of a technical model for the triple jump. I am basically a disciple of the Tellez coaching tree, which includes Pfaff, and then Schexnayder, and am basically restating their concepts (with some sprinkles of Bompa and Bosch) that I have utilized successfully in my own coaching of the event. I have not reinvented anything, or presented anything new in this video, but hopefully have presented some things together in a way that might help a young coach trying to understand the event (like myself about 10 yrs ago). Hopefully this video helps spawn further investigation into the TJ for someone.
Before you click on the video, you should make sure you are someone who likes to read, and doesn't mind listening to very good piano music, as there will be a little work on your part to get the most out of this video. My video analytics suggest that many young people click on my longer videos expecting no effort on their part and nothing but video.
