Как токарь замечу- очень большой вылет резцов в резцедержателе.Чем меньше тем больше жёсткость инструмента.У свариваемых деталей нужно снять большие фаски под сварочный шов- этот вариант скоро сломается,- в Пакистане любят перегружать машины.😊

not verry impressed with this repair , a lot of the crack isnt welded through he didnt made a v to get enough penetration , you can see its still wide open inside the hole , that one definetely is going to crack again and verry soon
