Val I have to say. As a parent you must've been one awesome mother to have 3 awesome kids! The way Hannah helps with Jess, and does activities with Jess, not cause she has to, she wants to!! Yes, she has absence seizures, but also does have pauses that are part of processing. It can be very hard to know the difference.

Have you thought about flash freezing the veggies? Or canning the tomatoes? Canned tomatoes are so yummy. I like yellow squash raw in salad or dip in ranch.

Do you have a dehydrator? I use all three of mine at different times of the year. The fruits and veggies take up less room and ,if you like soups, smoothies, tomatoe sauces, etc..they rehydrate well.

Daylight bulbs are fantastic. My husband and I both suffer from migraines and other chronic health issues. Switching to daylight bulbs helped us both a lot with sensory issues at home. Thanks for sharing your day, Val.

@@Shaping_Serenity Val I hope so. Standard bulbs burn very hot and have a yellow quality. Daylight bulbs were a real game changer in our home - I didn't realize how much the other bulbs bothered me until we experimented with daylight ones. Like you, we replaced every bulb in the house.

I thought this might be helpful for just one thing that really helps me is at night the spots that I tend to pick out I will wash my face and then after I wash my face I put on hydrocodone patches over the spot so they tend to pick out and then it’s smooth and flat so I won’t pick out it as much and by morning usually if it’s just a dry spot or even a pimple it’ll usually be gone or at least flat so that I’m not tempted to pick at it I hope this helps :-)

She’s almost always willing, and we rarely insist when she’s resistant. Some days she never falls asleep and just stays laying down for while, busy self-taking.
