Another great video. I also suffer from concentration at home from time to time. But when I deep in code mode I can go hungry for hours. Also time blocs are the way to go. It gives flexibility. Waiting for the next one.

Great video! I think I struggle to follow my schedule as I plan for the whole week. Plans change and life gets in the way, so I think I am going to do what you do and plan for only one day at a time!

Yeah daily works best for me, and if you mess up for a day it is easy to reset
