My dear most people think nurses in Ghana earn soo much but das not the case oo. We earn less compared to our fellow nurses abroad. That's y u see most of us doing extra jobs just to make ends meet. Being a nurse is Ghana can be extremely challenging. I remember the district I used to work in had very rude community members but work still had to go on regardless. Ghanaian nurses are migrating daily for better job opportunities so I think the ones left should be well catered for. Good work Hun. Keep it up 🥰😍

Jasmine :This video is a very open eyes for many of us: who are living in the diaspora in Healthcare industries and thinking how can we improve the health care system in Africa, that's have many areas that needs improvements, just waiting the right people to those changes,so the Healthcare worker's and patients in Africa, can have more effective easy ways to handle the health care process. By building new and better quality of hospitals, with better health insurance policies plans , so every Africans can benefit from it. So our people and children's can live for longer. Together we can do it.

Another great video! ❤️ Not even criticism because your content is really good! 💯❤️ But perhaps just a minor tip? When interviewing folk under the circumstances, perhaps make it more of a discussion by establishing some camaraderie, asking many open questions and sharing a bit of yourself with your interviewee? This way, the conversation flows better. People tend to respond better when the interview is more of a discussion: mutual sharing of information, etc. Again, not even criticism because your content is really amazing! ♥️ You're definitely tapping into something not yet untapped.

Do people (especially those who migrate from West) purchase their own health insurance and can it all be paid at once? I mean that is what we pretty much pay here in the states. the total cost is just split up monthly.
