Such great love ,even while death is approaching, the father remains so humble and peaceful
@k14michael2 жыл бұрын
My interpretation is that the father still love his son in his heart unconditionally and he does not blame but even understood what his son is thinking. He even try to help his son out. Even at his last moment, he thought of how to help his son instead of himself. So son thought “if this is what my dad thought in his last moment of dying then imagine when he was younger, dad must have done everything to give me a good life and look at what I’m about to do to him now. Getting old is not his fault!”. The son started to sob uncontrollably and after that the son pull the coffin back and take good care of his dad for the rest of his day until one day his dad peacefully passed away. It’s a story of unconditional love of a parent and the enlightenment of the son to the universal love of all parents whoever have children.

Yes, your interpretation is truly correct. We can't be generous to any of the stranger who leeches us of, but forgetting about the who sacrificed his whole life just to gift you a better life deserves the utmost respect and love. Loved your way of comprehension.

This is video was very weird until this big paragraph of an essay clear up the moral of the story. Thankyou for that. I may not have a earthly father, but this content of the context revolving the story leaves me to appreciate my grandmother. Thanks👍
@yourwillbedone41112 жыл бұрын
bruh you understood nothing. "but save this good wood coffin. Your children might need to use it." implying that the young man, he too will get old someday, and when he does (he will be useless like his father used to be), his children will try to use the same wood coffin, becuase he will be treat the way he treated others. Don't give your own "wrong" interpretation even tho its kinda postive, you missed the whole point of the story.
@k14michael2 жыл бұрын
@@yourwillbedone4111 I didn’t missed the perspective of this video. It’s obvious and clear what the author is saying. And you just repeated what the video just said. I didn’t said that this view of the author of this video (to which you agreed with) was incorrect. I merely said clearly in the beginning of my comment that it was just “my interpretation” of the story. Maybe because I passed middle age that I think about life more from the deeper perspective of the soul. When people about to die, they no longer have anything to loose. So yes, the old man can decide to teach his son one last lesson of life (which also came from love) or he can use his last breath to really show love and care and concern for his son. Both are correct in my mind.
@yamiteru43762 жыл бұрын
@@yourwillbedone4111 There's nothing wrong about his interpretation. It's not wise to tell other people what to do.

Bloom where you’re planted. The Scripture says, “No person can take your joy.” They can’t take it. You have to give it. Make up your mind, “I’m not going to give this jerk-this coworker-my joy.” Don’t go the next twenty years letting the same things upset you: the same people, same traffic, same delays. It’s a test. If you’ll grow, if you’ll respond differently, sometimes God will remove it. But here’s the key, even if He doesn’t remove it, because you’ve changed, because your character has come up higher, it’s not going to affect you. I’ve found that when God is not changing the circumstance, He’s using the circumstance to change me.
