This incident was one of the most infamous ones in Singapore. The internet would have no such power to track these murderers down since it occured in the 1990s. Hopefully there will be a day they will admit their sins as they cannot hide their guilts.

If the boy was the target the assailants should have been focussed on him but kelly seemed more like of a target because of her brutal attack to the throat which shows a malicious intent. I remember one of mine seniors telling me about this case. It wasn't a personal attack, but a sad case of rival gang mistaken identity. They mistook James for a target and decided to take him out, while Kelly was a witness, so both had to be taken out. This was what made me stay away from gangs in the 90s.

bro the fact she came to my sch(yckss or yio chu kang secondary) which i am now studying in. is actually shocking, the school didnt told us this story or even made something to tribute her. One of my teachers told me this story and she said the school do not want to tell this story because they dont want student to freak out. during my malay class, my malay teacher said she saw a student while walking to class, she said she had a long hair and some bruise. She say may be the spirit of kelly? or maybe a spirit or another student. Yes u can say my sch made a tribute and told the student after the day of the murder but they never actually kept the tribute for her. I bet kelly was a good student before her death so i think she deserve to still have a tribute

Its was during 2014 or 2015 me & my friend was fishing near this tower further down the road there is a bridge. Its was around 12midnight plus. After 30min have pass while waiting for a single fish that night, me and my friend (E) was chitchating away. However i beard a crying sound of a woman. I look at my friend E, saw his reaction i knew it. However my stupid ass decided to ask "ni ting dao ma?" (You heard that?) Then E stood up so fast and starting packing and told me to change location. I was puzzled i replied "ok". After we reach and set up at the next location when there is more people around, he told me that when i asked him that question, he feel a chilling breeze. So he said "ni ma fong ah?" (Your mom crazy - scolding tone) who in the right mind would said something like that when they hear something out of the norms. 😂😂. But the sound direction is from that tower itself.
