I subscribed yesterday, I'm about 20 videos in and so far, I'm loving the fact that no matter what the blockage is (hair, grease, coffee grinds, pan scourers etc), Bruce NEVER seems to play the blame game with customers. It's such a refreshing change to see someone happy in their job and really not giving a sh*t about how the problem happened, just that he can of course fix it!

For one thing, the holes in the shower drain cover are too big. In USA our drain covers have much smaller holes and I put a hair catcher on my drain cover as well. In sinks I use a fine mess sunken strainer and it catches everything. Of course, I don't put all types of junk down my shower, sinks or toilets either.
