I always find it odd when folk need to apologise for being emotional, its the thing that makes humans so great. we should talk about stuff far more and im sure in the future we will look back and wonder how we functioned (or not) when we bottled so many things up. We FEEL things and that means we care and its when we dont feel things we need to be worried. We just all need to remember being human is not a straight consistent line, we go up and down and we cant over do things, no matter how much we want to or others want us to. we can only manage so much, emotionally and physically. you cant over do things.

I know you're not looking for pity, but please don't be hard on yourself ok? We love you and you're human and so are we. Everyone has those days. You do SO MUCH, don't forget that. You run 3 youtube channels, like 10+ social media accounts, you have a TV SHOW, you're on freaking TOUR in another country, you wrote a book, and you have a husband and huge family that you love, and friends.
