Yea, fog is really cool to railfan in, personally my favorite weather condition to film in. I try to go out whenever it rolls around.

Yea, the NCS is not used much these days, it does when traffic is high and headed in both directions and IG needs to move a low priority train out of the way. That is really the only way you can expect a train on the NCS.
