if you did the 1289 thing in boxes 7 and 8 before eliminating 5's you would have eliminated 5's so much faster but you got all the steps in some order. great solve and thanks for the feature

Great puzzle and solve. Solved it in 54:28. Interestingly I found slightly different ways of resolving some of the lines (coloring 19 and 28 possibilities) and why r8c3-r9c4 can't be 5-5 (at that point I had 5 restricted to rows 8 and 9 in column 8). But your logic seemed better :)

I didnt spot that 5 can go only r5r6c9 when you are at 40:50 and struggled a little trying to solve the rest but I've seen that if you put 8 at the r7c8 it will force 8 at r3c9 and r8c2 leaving no space to place 8 at box 1 and this allowed me to complete the puzzle. Great video as always!

This puzzle is very clever. I enjoyed watching it unfold. Uh-oh. My latest submission uses some tricky sudoku at the end to finish, after Variant logic to reach that point. Check with your testers about it before you try it. I certainly don't want to frustrate you at the end of a puzzle you may have enjoyed up to that point.

Took me a while, but got there in the end, unaided.

I was well into the endgame, entering digits for column 1's circle, block 7, when I realized that I'd broken the puzzle. I had to go way back until checking told me that my digits were correct. Worse still, the digit I entered that triggered the error seemed inescapable -- but now I noticed a major blunder. Correcting it made things a bit harder. I colored 89s, but changed to letters HI and used AB for 12s, such that A + I = B + H = 10. Surprisingly, block 9's black dot resolved the letters.

Oof, I struggled with this one halfway through, needed to watch BremSter's solve to see the one key point with the ten line segment in boxes 7 and 8, after which the rest of the puzzle flowed smoothly, completing in 30:03 (conflict checker off), but only with assistance from BremSter's solve! Many thanks to Isamook for a great puzzle and to BremSter for presenting it!

This was a hard fail for me -- I got the opening, and then just flailed for an hour. Ah well -- it was my first 10 lines puzzle. I'm kind of glad to see so many good solvers struggled a bit -- makes me feel somewhat less dumb. :) Onward and upward!
