I'm so very happy for you all! Praise the Lord! Sarah, et al, you will notice...many of us are praying "in Jesus' name" and trusting God to heal and to completely restore Luca.... You may wonder why that is, and I'll briefly explain for those who don't know. You may promote Aura and it's benefits, but may I lovingly and graciously direct you to God's love letter to you, and to the whole world. This is truly the source for all other motivational / mental health purveyors. God's word, the Holy Bible, tells us not to be anxious for anything; without Christ, the Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9: 6) that's humanly impossible, but He knows our frailties, and understands. We're to try to strive to that level of maturity in Him. Born again believers are to put our faith and trust in Him, and to pray in His name. Our spiritual and physical healing are in the stripes Jesus bore on His back, prior to going to the cross: "But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed." What good is it to go through so much with going through the surgical procedure for hours if you do not set the determination to rest & heal and then rest & heal more. Doing all you can do to get enough sleep, even if it means taking some herbs, doing deep relaxation practice, with relaxing music, while your family is in the other room, making yourself get enough sleep & rest. It is so crucial to the healing process. There is that temptation to fight against our limitations, especially when young and not used to accepting those limits when we get old. And then pushing the body too hard and injuring the repair work that was done. I really, really hope Lucca & Sara can focus on the healing process after the surgery.

We are all so delighted over Luca being discharged from the Hospital for Easter and Lucie's Birthday. We are all praying for his fast recovery without complication. Our youngest son, David had this same operation at Tufts Medical Center in Boston nearly 7 years ago. We are still hopeful that his spinal fluid will not leak again. I was in a hospital room once with a woman that kept making her earphones feed back and squeal. It kept waking me up. I had had emergency lung surgery. I had sleep apnea and didn't know it so she was doing that because my snoring was keeping her awake. Lol. I spoke up and they moved her out of the room to another. If noise is overwhelming you like that horrid noise. Speak up. You can't possibly heal with that rediculous racket. I can't even beleive that noise!!!!😮🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏❤ You're going to make it Luca. My heart is lifted! All is good, thank you God! I had neck surgery for my disk and they found a bone spur cutting into my spinal Cord so fluid was leaking out. Fixed it but a few weeks later I passed out and found that they had to fix the patch again. Few weeks later I had excruciating pain, back to the hospital where I was there for a week then rehab hospital. Last hospitalization they found I I had had a stroke, mild. So your story was so important to me. I’m 81 and doing much better. Doing yoga, tai chi & weight training.

I have never met either of you ,but I can say with absolute certainty , watching you go through the fear before the surgery, I found myself anxious for you and angry too , angry that such a beautiful person had to go through this , I know that is just me, but when I see people who are so kind and loving , you just want to say " No, nothing bad will happen to you , it can't , you and your wife are too good of people to go through this " I always get angry inside when people I see are amazing and anything hurts them, sorry ..The phrase ( Gentle Soul ) is a perfect representation of how i see both of two .. I am very happy that you have made it through and now are on the way back through recovery....
