i am a bassist and hayabusa is really the one to get if you are looking for details retrival in bass region. I tried everything else they have and only maestro matched hayabusa's details retrival. What maestro offers is more, which includes cymbals and higher range details retrival. It is good but when you just want to figure the hell out of bass notes in tracks without hihats in the way, hayabusa is the way to go. Both allows you to hear bass notes and running of bass riffs at ease. The rest are just fun iems. If you want mindless bass, e.g. tons of sub-bass BOOM BOOM BOOM, their new scarlet is their basshead monster (but will flood the hell out of mids and highs).

Should've tried their grand Maestro. Met Ivan there, pretty awesome dude. met others too but not enough time to have a good chat. Will be visiting them soon.

The Grand Maestro was not ready to be auditioned that day because some kid damaged the demo set. We actually requested but it was under repair.

I had to return the SE due to comfort which broke my heart, because the sound is so cool, the Bass was out of control

Why are fatfreq selling the maestro mini with a different case then what is showcased in all reviews of this iem. The case you get is a joke.
