Kate takes some of the agates from last week's video and creates some beautiful polished cabochons. Using the agate nodules' natural shapes, she uses her grinder/polisher to coax the shape and shine from the stones. From Malawi agates from Africa to peachy Moctezuma from Mexico, the semi-precious gemstones are transformed from raw nodules to glittering, glowing cabochons! Come along!
Agates come in an amazing variety of patterns and colors, and are found in every part of the world. In this video, I cut 21 different types and unlock their amazing beauty. From Africa to South America, North America to China, you'll enjoy the eye-popping hues, bands and swirls of these fantastic agates! Come along. :)
