I’ve been going through the comments and while I’m glad so many women are coming out with their stories, I’m sorry that you’ve had to suffer so much too. The capsules I have been talking about are called evening primrose oil capsules. I can only recommend it to you. Please make sure you consult your gynae first before taking them. Thank you for listening and sharing your stories. Thanks to the men who have been patient enough to sit through this and give their support. Let’s hope menstrual health is no longer treated as a taboo subject.

We just lost a dear sister in our colony after her first period that lasted 14 days.. she was without mom and no sisters hence she wasn't comfortable to share with her dad in this lockdown. Once her health deteriorated, her unaware dad took her to hospital only to lost her the next day. These kids of health education and experience should be helpful to Many people. Best wishes

@@suesuez8452Some girls who are deprived of good food and nutrition and also have health problem of Severe heavy bleeding than normal range can have such extensive bleeding for 15 days even resulting in loss of half the necessary blood from body (note that prd blood is pure functional flowing blood , one from ur normal functioning blood vessels of body in uterus lining , not some extra ordinary diff blood), It's similar to how much blood a person will lose in accident or blood donation, obviously a person dies or becomes exetremely weak and faints due to blood loss, BLOOD is OXYGEN OF BODY, without blood no organs function Menstrual blood is normal flowing blood from 'Blood vessels of uterine muscles', these blood vessels are broken naturally oozing out all blood inside it like when u cut ur finger or vein blood comes out similarly, but nobody discuss 'Any informative thing ' abt blood when it comes from uterus The 'Girls and women ' are not informed by experienced older women even that 'Unnaturally too much bleeding can cause severe anaemia, weakness and death and women need to eat good food to keep up strength', In fact I knew a poor income friend of my friend who had similar health complications, and her mother wasn't ready to 'waste" money to check in for gynaecologist doctor for a burden girl child of her family cos of fear of husband saying "No matter even if u bleeding 20 days, woman's life is made difficult like this due to God's curse cos women are sinners, so we have to carry these punishments sadly by Supreme god', the old brainwashed Myth lol

Guy here🖐. Never knew periods could be so complicated for some women. Thanks for the information. But I do remember one harrowing experience we had years ago with one female friend. She had come on a visit from Nagaland for a few days and duly landed in our gents-only flat (5 guys). Cutting to the chase, one evening she...umm...started going red and it just wouldn’t stop. She herself said it wasn’t normal. Then she fainted 😳. Oh the shock of it all, first time ever for all of us. We quickly hailed a cab and took her to the hospital. Our other female friends were frantically called...’cause it was a female thing and us guys had no clue at all. Anyway, right med intervention was given at the right time and the next evening she was discharged, all smiling and flashing a V-sign. Quite a scene it was, in retrospect.

But u guys are good , u took her to hospital with real worrying feelings, Whilst I have seen due to 'Bad Social brainwashed conditioning', some boys n men will just look away and try to ignore due to social pressyre that woman and her body process are dirty to even have interactions with her, themselves think it gross embarrassing and impure to help her and think she is untouchable , or even laugh at her U were respectful to her, thanks for that concern

miss imsong so gald for telling ur story, i too get extreme pain sometimes on the lower abdomen and sometimes on the lower back, i had two surgeries, one in 2017 to remove a fibroid (a large one, it even bursted and i had internal bleeding for 2 days, and i didn't know i was bleeding i thought it was my period) then 2nd in 2019, a cyst on my right ovary. I have been trying to tell all the female frens i meet about taking care of ourselves. This things need to be talked before something serious happens to someone.

It's so sad to see that there are so many girls out there who never get "the period talk" from their mothers. If I ever have a daughter in the future, I will make sure to educate her regarding all these things so that she doesn't have to go through the difficulties that I did.

95% girls suffer from anaemia without knowing because of taboo on how to keep nutritious and good health n stamina, throughout menstrual bleeding, pregnancy , post childbirth bleeding, and all.... Not just prds, even talking general talks on post childbirth bleeding and health complications, breastfeeding is a great taboo, resulting in poor mother n infant health

" Ek Chinese lady ko lekar gaye the'' How casually you said this Miss Imsong. I am feeling ashamed of such mentality. I hope there will be a day when people will stop judging someone's nationality based on looks. My apologies. (I don't know wether it could change anything)
@12villages
@12villages 2 жыл бұрын
There was no racist undertone behind the statement, "ek chinese ladki chakkar ake gir gayi". The people were just making a honest innocent observation. In india, there are some specific terms used to describe some peoples background: bangali(west bengal, orissa), bhaiyaa(anyone from north india), punjabi/sardar(sikh), madrasi(south Indians), nepali/assami/pahadi/chinese(anyone with mongoloid background) mamedian(muslim) bawa(parsi) These words are used in regular communication. Even "chinky" is not used as an insult. At least, it is not used in Mumbai as an insult. I have heard some street vendors call mongoloids as "sala chipkali(lizard)" in private gossip but this was clearly meant to be insulting.
@chatgpt4135
@chatgpt4135 Жыл бұрын
@@12villages This word 'Chinki' was never heard said for north Easterns by native Mumbaikar, cos we don't even know which language this word is in , what is it's meaning, 'Chinki, Chintu, Chingi, Chakuli, Chabeli, Baby ' are simply nicknames of babies and lil kids here in marathi ppl , so I had no idea, in Delhi similar word in another language may have bad meaning lol Yes, in Mumbai some ppl may Unknowingly call them 'Chinese, or Japanese,etc', but we don't know existence and meaning of word chinki in delhi culture and why delhiites use it for NE Indians, it is simply not here in our language and vocabulary other than a common familial nicknames for kids , hearing it for first time in such way lol

I thought I was the only one who is going through this problem. Every month I had to go through 4-5 vomits. Consulted my mom about it but she's way too easy and says that's normal and so I had to deal with some pharmacy capsules. I gets severe pain in stomach and back together and even thinks about dead being better than the pain. I'm just 17 now and I think I should talk bout it before it's too late... Thanks so much Oya. @@wellenjeje well you can try emptying it more often and re-inserting it, not only would it prevent leaks but also reduce the odour that is produced due to leaving it in for long hours. The main reasons for leaks are either the cup not opening properly once it get inside or it getting filled because once it gets filled the vacuum vanishes so I'd prefer you it take it out more often depending on your flow. 🌷💐🌸🌼🌻🍂🍁🍃❤

My mom did not educate me or prepare me for any of the things you said about periods. Irresponsible much right? Thank you! I am already 22 and I haven't had my periods yet. Is it normal? I guess it comes a little late for boys??

@@ayangjamir8110 You cannot begin to imagine how frustrating it is for a man to be waiting on our periods. It may come tomorrow, the next day or never. Seriously you girls have it easy. You know when you will have your periods and you prepare yourselves mentally, physically and even materially. But we guys have to live with the anticipation, the suspense. 🤧🤧

Same problem here... Went to hospital 4 times and all they said is it's normal and that It'll get better after child birth but the pain wasn't normal. I think I should try the capsules which you mentioned. Thank you 😘

My period last for 7 days, n have terrible pain on day 2 and 3. My friend use to make fun of me because her period last for 2 days at most n she considers it as a blessing . 2years back she called me and she cannot conceive because her womb was weak n that's the reason why she was having abnormal periods n she was crying like anything saying if only she knew it earlier. It's good to always visit a gynecologist once you're period have started instead of trying every remedy suggested by others .

I had very irregular cycle and sometimes i would get my periods twice a month and sometimes I don't even get them . so I was really freaked out about it like "what if something's wrong" . My mom then took me to a doctor and the doc said that it was quite normal for a 16 year old girl 😂 and that till 18 some people have irregular cycle and she gave me those capsules, told me to take it regularly (once a day) for three months. And I have to say that the capsules really changed my appetite for better and lessened my pains too:) (my periods are still irregular sometimes though) Evening Primrose capsules are real good and i recommend to every sisters out there (Also, some people are very cautious about medicines 😂 so. . It's just like a vitamin advised to take in daily for woman and menstrual health so don't worry too much just give it a shot! ) a little pricey but it's worth it 😘

I have gone through dysmenorrhea and a surgery to remove ovarian cysts. Periods were really painful and i would be terribly sick on the bed for many days, thought things wouldnt get any better for me but i am doing very well now.
