The only info I can find is that the paneer is made from milk of cows not given RBST but it's been banned for use in cows in Canada since 2000 so not sure what difference it makes

It's a new catchphrase, like no antibiotics. They use Canadian beef, you can't mass use antibiotics in Canada on livestock, it's illegal.

We're you talking about the word nanak? You're right in the meaning of the word, however in this case, it is just the brand of the paneer. I believe on this Patty they use a blend of paneer and potatoes, with some Indian spices.
