Vfs is confusing people. I phoned them and they also said no waiver from beginning Oct. Other people also phoned and got the same answer 😢

Thank Cde for your advice. However, I was informed by a senior manager at VFS that "I can confirm that a ZEP holder can apply directly for a general work permit without the documents mentioned in the directive WITHOUT a waiver letter." My daughter proceeded to apply for a general work visa without a waiver. I will share a screenshot of the e-mail via WhatsApp.
