I was there in december right before corona spent 3 weeks in Thailand but only 3 days in koh lipe and i miss this place so much

I just came back from Koh Lipe yesterday and it's like a private island getaway because it's during the low season and it's really really chill. I didn't manage to go snorkeling and it's my first time to lipe and it's pretty beautiful that I'd love to go back. very nice footage

I really wish I made the time to visit Koh Lipe prior to the pandemic situation. I was also in Thailand/Phuket in January '18 😥 I suspect Thailand's many tourist hotspots will not return to lively or normal for 3+ more years. Due to many of the complex financial matters that is affect the world that likely prolong the affects of the pandemic. I was in Thailand in March '22 and it tourism was pretty much dead.

Its been just over 2 years since I've been to Lipe. Looks like they have done some really nice improvements to walking street....

Mich Interessiert das we stayed at cabana lipe beach resort. Very nice place but a little pricey. Sunrise beach is definitely the best beach to stay on in my opinion. I have also stayed at cast away resort before. Very different. No air con tho but u can open the doors to the sea breeze
