A walk around Sandown Barrack Battery, Sandown Isle of Wight. Always been an interesting place, although looks a lot better in the summer! Shame about the Graffiti.

It is truly shocking the state it is in! The Battery could be such a great community space with all the graffiti and brambles cleared away. Surely it is a historic building? It would be nice to see the gardens full of plants again 😢

I have to agree! I do recall it been much better when I was younger and used to visit here. Now it looks like a standard shell.
