I remember Feilitzschstraße very well, back as far as when the Deli building on the corner of the square was an internet cafe, ie. before smartphones. I thought that Schwabinger 7 closed a long time ago, but perhaps it got a reprieve. Looking at the reviews, it seems to be offering the same unique 'experience' as it has done for decades. You were only a few blocks away from the outdoor chess garden at Münchner Freiheit 16.
