You always talk about "beautiful Sulmona" when you show properties in nearby towns, and you are absolutely right...this town is really amazingly beautiful....Is it really too busy? it looks perfect to me....I was thinking about retiring in Asturias, Spain, but after your videos about properties in the Abruzzo,I particularly loved Introdaqua, I'm having second thoughts....Thanks for your interesting videos!

Reminds me of the ProWalk Tours videos on You tube that I love to watch. I really liked that apartment that was over the square. The one you said is now sold. Seeing the market in the square was exciting. Sometimes when I see the pictures online of properties, I wonder where all the people are and the vacant streets gives me the impression that the streets are empty of life. This shows lots of life and makes it more desirable for people like me who like some bustle and bumping shoulders in markets.

I'm going to Rome and to Caserta to visit relatives but I would like to visit Sulmona to get a feel for it. I like that you showed the market. Is it once a week, once a month? Do they have furnishings? Thanks Dave.

Love the walk around Sulmona. Just wondering what’s the closest ski resort and how long does it take via train from Roma?

Roccaraso is the closest and largest ski resort and 30/40 minutes from Sulmona. Rome is easier on the bus at around 2 hours maximum, maybe less and train similar because it goes up and over the mountain.

Looking forward to seeing the rest later! We just watched a travel video on another KZbin channel last night on Sulmona. Pleasant and entertaining but certainly dry compared to yours.
