A Walk In Princeton, KY (2023)

Join me for a Sunday afternoon walk in beautiful Princeton, KY. This is the seat of Caldwell County and has a population of just over 6,000. The city's history goes back to the 1800's and is the heart of the county. According to Wikipedia the Capitol Theater is active and running, but it sure looks abandoned to me. What's the story?
