Thanks for making the video highlighting the challenges ahead for us. First it was Russia- Ukraine war and now Israel-Palestine is the reason for inflation, but not much the real reason of money printing and suppressing the rates artificially. Canada being major oil producing country has detached CAD value away from oil, due to policies and overleveraging on Real Estate sector via debt. CAD is not a reserve currency, so it's debt is not easy to inflate away and with falling Labor productivity, it might be a painful deleveraging cycle for Canadians. Kindly educate your audience about bond yields, so that they can understand how are fixed rate determined and Central banks always have eye on them. If people had kept an eye on it, rather relying on sales people (you know), writing was on the wall back in mid 2021, that rates have to go up. Severe Recession is only way out of it. Again, on CPI, the base effect is wearing off, so overleveraged headline number watchers will have panic attacks

Thank you for your inputs. I have been talking about the bond yields for the last 1 year now on this channel. Next 2-4 years will be very challenging and the pain might stretch for longer as low interest mortgages of 2020-2022 come up for renewals.
