This was very helpful. I have gone through this in my own ministry. But for the grace of God it would ruin me. Instead, I see the Lord using it to conform me more into the image of Christ.

As (in Australia) society grows further and further percentage-wise towards 'no religion' and away from Christianity, then the majority of churches continue to shrink in size. This has the associated effect over time of less people serving, thus putting pressure and stress on those who are serving. Church leaders, they will make mistakes every now and then but should be supported and encouraged more than ever.
