Hello there! To let you know, I'm currently a sophomore studying bachelor of fine arts major in advertising in the university of santo tomas. I filmed this maybe on the third week of online classes kaya productive pa ko but now, wala na ko gana hahaha. I am TIRED, like most students feel at this very moment. We feel these negative emotions that we try to get rid of but fail to. Questioning ourselves, are we still even learning or for the sake nalang na makapasa? This pandemic situation is still so crazy, nothing seems to be clear and right at all. Ang labo lang talaga, we don't know when and how long will this end. Whatever happens, I hope we still have that will to carry on and keep going!! KAYA NATIN TO, take good care of yourselves.

hello, would you advise this degree program for someone who’s not good in traditional drawing? I like editing in PS and AI but i don’t really like doing traditional drawing and i’ve seen that most of your plates are done traditionally so i’m worried about choosing it kasi baka puro traditional arts lang ipagawa. would love to hear your insight po. thanks.

Sa first year puro trad drawing talaga eh, pero sa second year naman combination ng both trad and digital! Andun na yung photoshop, ai and photography. Also, some of my friends didn't really do trad art pero natuto din since aaralin talaga basics. With practice, kaya naman siya! Pero syempre, kaw din bahala if okay lang sayo magtrad drawing since part talaga eh. Hope this helps, good luck to ü!

hii i need a little bit of help here, i am planning to take advertising this SY, but i am VERY hesitant kasi i don’t know how to draw?? does the entire course really focuses on drawing?? i can draw but not the basics lang. but i do enjoy doing graphic designs such as creating logos. i am also very into photography and love to shoot products etc.

Sorry for the late reply! On the first year, all courses and works are focused on traditional drawing (including sculpture). Sa second year, combination of traditional drawing and digital (like photography, photoshop, illustrator etc.). So yes, the course focuses on a lot of drawing sa 1st and 2nd year. Meron din naman graphic design pero not a lot like the drawing part. Hope this helps, good luck!

I'm not an artist and my dream course isn't about Arts but I'm praying that in the future after I achieve my dream to become a doctor, I will pursue to go to an Art school. Suggestion po. Gawa po kayo ng vlog about kung paano magsimula kung gustong maging artist. Since iba po kasi yung course na kukunin ko, I'm planning to just watch vlogs about arts nalang tapos try ko rin magpaint or draw.
