Loved the trips into your office and the city. Ive been following you for a while now, and got back into knitting and learning from your Marshmallow Cap (didn’t know it was you at the time), but I made 3, 2 for grandchildren and 1 for a friend (Im 76). You are such a talented knitter and designer, love your tutorials. Im in SE Alaska in a small berg called Petersburg. Finland is beautiful. I miss having a kitty, and my 19 yo Sophia was just like your long hair kitty. You have created beautiful things, and a beautiful life‘s journey for yourself. Your crochet bag is so neat! I remember when I visited Montreal, Quebec in the late 60's, I think, or early 70's and that style was all the rage at least in that city. I loved seeing them, didn't crochet then, but oh how I wanted one...but they were sold out in stores where I was looking. I am reminded how much I still like them in seeing yours.

Normally, I don't do comments on KZbin or participate on social media. But now, I really have to make a comment: I'm a huge fan of your channel! I just recognized that the background of your update after the hairdresser is a place where my husband and I had breakfast on our honeymoon last year. I immediately had this very pleasant Finnland-feeling :):):). We did a road trip through Finnland and when we stayed in Helsinki for a few days, I discovered your book "Knit This" without even knowing that it was published. By the way: Yesterday I finished my very first sweater - it's the "Stay Up Till Dawn Sweater" and I'm so satisfied with it! Thank you for all your work and your willingness to share it. Hi Kika. I really enjoy your videos. Im slowly gathering up the courage to start knitting again after so many years. It took me many years to let go of downtown after moving an hour away uptown. It seems like there's too much time commuting, which cuts into productivity but somehow, you need the inspiration of the city. I resorted to finding cafes and shopping spots in my area, which are more spread out than in the city but I found the beauty around me.happy belated birthday.
