I understand what you mean by having trouble stopping. I am a psychological assistant and most of my work is at home writing reports so I realized that stopping can be difficult. I have noticed that what works for me is scheduling breaks usually about an hour after I’ve been writing. But if I have good momentum then I won’t stop until my body sends signals that I’m tired 😴 hehe~we must take advantage of those moments! Also, when you are in Japan I don’t know if you will have time but if you do I think you will like the countryside of Korea. Thanks for sharing this video. I have watched it during my breaks today.

Right now I'm reading I fell in love with hope.The author is Lancali. And in the book she's telling about her life and how she met her friends in the hospital. Its a sad story but beautiful written. I just started reading this book and I'm already in love with these pages.

I live in the states. It sounded like the core cost on your book in color should be around $15 or something like that for a color paperback if it was done by this printer I was going to use. Typically these books are ran on a high speed (copier) machine. I toured the Xerox company in Rochester, NY. It’s done all on one massive machine that spits out a finished paperback book. The actual cost is fractions of a penny per impression. The rest is markup for the shop. Print Ninja is what I was thinking of using but they’re not print on demand.

I’m a huge Arctic Monkeys fan. And i absolutely love every album they’ve comes up with. The first ones are so cool and fast, lots of guitars and drums. Love it. But i found myself listening to suck it and see, tbh&c and The car the most lately. Anyways wheat i mean is i like the new albums so much as well. I will see them live next month again. I have a similar problem with my self pub book. I think some of the larger online stores pull from the US pricing and that is what makes them so horrendous. Honesty, If you find a solution, let me know so I can fix my book too. Congrats on the release.
