Absolutely loved this video. I love how everyday was a different location, from being outside in the forest, to your mom’s house, the car and then the balcony. If it was all in the same spot it could’ve felt repetitive but this was a perfect way to do it. I also loved how you showed more things you did besides smoking, like your dad’s party, playing the piano, reading outside. Really makes it feel more personal, like we’re seeing your actual life and not just the KZbin life. I do enjoy the longer videos, I mean your videos always keep my attention since it’s always something new you’re talking about. So I think 30 mins was perfect, wouldn’t mind another video like this being longer either. I hope we get another one, maybe once a month? Wonderful work Connie, keep it up :D

I gotta be onest with you cause its like more of 1 year that i know you connie,i always suffered from intrusive thoughts and depression that ended with suicidal thoughts and i was also hospitalized without my consense because i was abusing valium and i was thinking that my life was just a black hole. This was about 2019/2020. Doctor tried all the meds to make me feel better,and i ended up using oxycodone right now,i know its a very addictive opioid and i know that maybe ill take this for the rest of my life cause its the only medicine that makes me wanna continue living my life and it numbs my mental pain. But Connie...,your videos,your words ,they just make me reflect and i solved a lot of problems just talking to you during your lives,your content is better than any drugs/medicine/therapy, i dont know how to thank you and i feel blessed cause i discovered your channel! So,Connie much support and love from Italy,you are strong and very intelligent,there is not a lot of people like you in the world,and the world needs people like you.❤📈 From your first Italian Fan,ialf or Leonardo Faraglia💫

connie!! i enjoyed this video so much. i am definitely a fan of these videos where you record your daily life and talk about your feelings. although they may seem boring to you, i find these conversations very peaceful, interesting and sooo relatable. i also suffer from really vivid dreams, ever since i was a child, but these past years i've been having them almost everyday. it absolutely sucks, specially when they are nightmares, so i struggle with getting decent sleep too. i've never tried sleep pills, but i've realised that when i am mentally calm, the vivid dreams are gone. however, when i go back to feeling emotionally distressed, like for example when i worry about something, have too many negative thoughts or have to make an important decision, they are back. maybe the focus is on taking special care of your emotional and mental state, and adressing whatever is worrying you at the moment. hope that helps:)

I'am rewatching some of your videos and a thought just came by. About Friday, I found really funny what you said about introducing ourselves to other people and it reminded me of a very funny story. I was with my girlfriend in Luxembourg at a smoke shop and we really liked how to woman from the shopped interacted with us. My girlfriend started asking me if she should try contact with her and I was like "Why are you even asking that? OF COURSE". She ended up becoming one of our best friends, our life was never the same. It really is worth it introducing ourselves to random people!

It takes a long time before nicotine becomes a problem, but long before that it becomes an addiction. Here in Scandinavia fewer smoke, but we often use snus (oral pouches) instead. It's equally addictive though!

You're literally questioning our modern existence. Only a smaller percentile of people actually do this. But I get it. I do the same a lot as well. I tend to see things from a "birds eye view" a lot, but it has the tendency to overlook the smaller details..which are equally as important. It's an eternal struggle, just embrace it and try to make check points of your progress. You'll be be fine

You might have a form of narcolepsy. Basically where your stages of sleep are fucked up and out of order. I go into rem sleep (The dream stage) 3-4 minutes after falling to sleep, and thats not supposed to happen for 2-4 HOURS... I can sleep for hours but NEVER feel rested, you may want to look into a sleep study.
