What brand of frypan do you use for pizza and does it go in the oven as well?

Yes it does go in the oven to do the top (full recipe is linked in the description under the video) - it's an old cast-iron fry pan that used to belong to my Husband's Grandma lol - but any pan will do as long as it can be transferred from stovetop to oven
