I agree about the udon noodles. Had them last week in a chicken stir fry. We didn’t like them at all. Sticking to egg noodles in future. Great meals

Lovely recipes this week Vicki. We're not great pork fans. I do love Roast Pork and smoked pork loin but thats all. Tonight I made Italian pork chops in the slow cooker and they were awesome, so we're going on a Pork kick. (Rome wasnt built in a day though somslowly does t). I will try your pork recipes, so keep your fingers crossed for us lol. Thank you for sharing xxx

It’s an all or nothing sometimes in this house, it feels like loads of pork meals, loads of chicken or loads of fish. I need to get better at balancing the meal plan 😂

What a great idea to take a colour themed box of goodies to a party/ movie night etc. Good expense wise & what a great selection of stuff thete will be to eat. I absolutely love pulled pork it's 1 of my favourites, pulled pork & stuffing baguette , yes please. I actually tried that pack chicken & bacon stuffing only bouggt it when they were selling it off, I'm glad i didn't pay full.price for it. Can't believe how much stuffing has gone up, ridiculous really, I make my own dry mix now. Couple months ago lidl on 1 of its promotions had boxes of pork knuckles, I bouggt 1 & froze it , anyway cooked it today just to see how much meat you got from it. Was quite a bit so I fried an onion mixed it with the meat. Got puff pasrty in the freezer also stuffing balls, do going to make a pork/ onion / stuffing pasrty slice. Have it with leeks, mash & carrots. Pasta salad looks so nice as well, I've also got a big joint of pork in the freezer so I might roast it at the weekend, have roast pork , chips & gravy 1 niggt, then roast pork baguettes with stuffing the next. Just knowing what to do sometimes, I'm.gettijg brain fog !! My food shop day tomorrow and all that's onnthe list at the mo is loo rolls, cucumber & tomatoes!! Just can't be bothered at the moment.
