Hi it’s imamu! lately, I get some questions about my husband’s bento box so let me talk about that today. First of all, the bento box is my mom send me from Japan. If you interested in the bento box, please check Amazon ( Japanese one has many choices(design, size) )
amazon.co.jp/ ←(need to change language setting from the menubar )
•••About my husband’s bento box•••
Name/ 「Wooden bento box」 or 「Wappa bento box」
Size/ Small
(The size is important to arrange your amount of food. In my husband case...he doesn’t wanna eat too much at his work. I wanna pack the side dishes tightly because he put on his backpack when he get work. We don’t the dishes wanna act up that’s why small size for him.)
The reason why I like wooden bento box is/
1. The nostalgic design :)
2. Lightweight
3. The rice is tasty
( The wood moisturizes so that’s it won’t easily become hard to get stuck even when the rice is cold) ←This is depend on the wood quality. I guess( hope lol ) our bento box working well for that~
How I treat the wooden box/
1. Wash (ours is urethane coating so I use soap)
2. Wipe up wet part with a towel
3. Dry naturally
( The wood don’t go well with water. When my husband can’t wash and dry naturally it at work, just wipe up in the box and bring home. ( and I treat lol )
I learn that’s better rather than wash and put it in backpack soon.)
*No microwave & oven
*No soak it in water for a long time
oh that was too long explanation..! I explain a lot but I just wanna say, it’s important to use bento box that you LIKE :) ( If you like hello kitty, that would be so cute ~!)
I think they motivate a lot to make bento !
Okey good good please take some rest〜Bye, bye !
Thank you for watching. Please forgive my poor English.

@@nerdierannie1351 In general I don't like fish. If I have to eat fish I prefer to eat hake or salmon, or canned tuna. I usually don't bother to try other kind of fish. It's not a special hate towards cod 😅 . Anyway here cod usually is preserved salted and you have to soak it before cook it to remove the salt, and even though you have it soaking for hours the taste is still very salty which I particularly dislike. It's not worth all the trouble hahaha

All the food looks so good especially when you fry it and the plating is so cute. Presentation 10/10 tbh I love it. Idk the whole idea around bento boxes is the cutest thing. And getting up early everyday for weeks and weeks to cook lunch for the husbandando is very wholesome even if it is culture. I wish I had someone to make cute lunches for me. I just found this channel/series and have been bingeing it and I finally figured out why exactly I enjoy it so much. 1st: I enjoy cooking shows 2nd: I enjoy the music it is reminiscent of "going on an adventure" mixed with "kinda like a video game". ........ Ok WOW I went on a rant... But point is final score 15/10!!!!! P.S. I'm going to spam this to the other videos too, that was way too long to only comment once.
