You could have a ... products made with flour tour, encompassing sandwiches as well as pastry. Sometimes I eat dessert for breakfast - apple crumple for example. Love the jam-making station.

Love what Joe has done with his window. We have a problem window (rust) and now plan to remove it and make a hatch :):) We're also the super excited new owners of an 1989 Talbot Rambler camper. Now able to visit places we can't get to by boat. xxx

Southwold is a lovely town, it has not changed one tiny bit since I first visited it 75 years ago!! Every time I visit I find something that I never saw before. Full of interest, especially the harbour with real Suffolk wooden buildings. Next time you go, visit my late Auntie Nellie's Post Office (now it is a private house) in Dunwich and the Museum, you might be surprised. From the Post Office, the only access to her private quarters was THROUGH the phone box!!! It used to be the capital of Anglia too, but the whole town washed into the sea. Few people know that, the area, Dunwich and Southwold, was a favourite haunt of the late Lord Louis Mountbatten, that is another story!!

Thats the Tim Hunkin pier with all sorts of weird inventions and humerous side shows. He used to have a series on the TV called "The secret life of machines". Genius of a man who built water clocks, explained how radios, television, washing machines, heating systems, video recorders, and internal combustion engines worked amongst many many other things.

Please continue your Pastry Tour! My parents have been travelling Australia for the last 2 years. They've sent me a photo of them in every bakery in every town they've visited. So it pretty much turned into a bakery tour hahaha.

Not bothered about pastry as I've got my health back after giving up upf, seed oils, sugar, grain, caffeine - I've gone carnivore! Lost 24lbs in 6 weeks and feel great! Had all my bloods, and they came back perfect! ❤ I'm now a healthy weight and full of energy.

I've given up all them inc processed grain. But I am low fat vegan. 100% wholemeal grains, millet, quinoa, porridge, veg, lentils. No processed food at all. Zero. All home made. Also feel AMAZING. Lost weight. Getting new Strava records on my cycle with ease. Just shows there are different approaches. My blood pressure is also now well in the healthy range. cholesterol also VERY good. Sharp in my thinking. Never get hungry yet super trim. The weird thing is I can watch them eating the pastry and appreciate it without feeling tempted. BTW the low fat vegan unprocessed diet is very similar to the Tarahumara tribe in Mexico who run amazing distances and are super healthy. They eat only a tiny bit of meat. It's also basically a Ornish/Esselston diet whereby patients with serious heart disease did exceptionally well. Those who did not follow the diet died. None dead on this diet.

Me too. Actually, my entire diet is sirloin steak, egg, cheese, McDonald’s burger patties. That’s it. Do that for a month or so, then eat everything in moderation for a couple of weeks. I don’t think carnivore is sustainable all the time. It’s good to let the body enjoy itself sometimes.
