I enjoyed this format and video. I think it’s always interesting to see just a little of other people’s lives and activities that are part of it. So please do more of these. 7:40 for the last mile? Holy moly! I'm not a trail runner but that seems pretty impressive to me. Especially considering the elevation gain in the first half of the race. I hope you're appropriately proud of yourself. Also, two thumbs up for life organization. Good for you on both counts! Really enjoyed the video. Edit: And would definitely watch more like it.

It was bananas!! It was downhill on nice dirt road so nothing really to watch out for, but still didn't even know I could do a mile that fast these days. I think it helped having the finish as the motivation and people around. And thank you!! So glad you liked it!
