In my opinion the best items are the Crunchwrap supreme and the beefy nacho grillers, grilled chicken is only good in a quesadilla mainly because the other flavours help boost the chicken

ikr, people think the way burgers are shown in adverts is a scam compared to what you get, the taco bell photos show a nice thick layer of meat at the bottom of the taco, all the way through. in reality the things so flat you dont even have to worry about any of it falling out...

non existent. there used to be a few chimichanga restuarants, but they went bankrupt. there used to be a local texmex restaurant where i live. it now a fried chicken fast food place. its a shame. seems too few people are enthusiastic about it enough to sustain it. i just do my own whenever i have the energy to do that much cooking.

Honestly that little weight gain could easily come down to normal fluctuation. Despite what a lot think, your weight actually bounces around quite a bit through the year.

fwiw they say that the taco bell beef is actually mostly soy. And apparently a LOT of folks have an undiagnosed soy intolerance. So if you blast your a$$ out every time you eat taco bell, you might have an intolerance! Try getting something with chicken or beans and see if it goes down any better.

We do. They don't do strips though. Just popcorn chicken, fillet burgers, hot wings, bbq bites, mini fillets (i guess these are the closest) and normal bone-in pieces

Unlikely. Salt is quickly flushed from the system as long as you drink enough. Contrary what a lot think, salt is not bad for you unless you have a condition that makes salt a problem.

The large amount of poop is because your body cannot absorb the food. So it's a strong sign that the body does not recognize it as food. Your body only get rids of food that it cannot digest, and the food with nutrients, will for the most part be absorbed. Does that make sense Mike?😊 Love your channel

Here in the states, the opinion that Taco Bell has the best chicken strips could get someone’s ass kicked. Maybe Im jaded but seeing someone in the UK so jazzed about the flavors of Taco Bell says more about the blandness of British food than it does the tastiness of Taco Bell.
