I appreciate you and your lovely videos Hitomi. I am a lot older than you, but have learned so much from listening to you speak and live. I feel like I grew up way too fast, so I missed a lot of my youthful presence and full understanding of self, due to years of childhood/early adulthood emotional and sexual abuse. The process back to me started back in 2017 from a spontaneous spiritual awakening, and of course it is still on going. I have done a ton of healing and growing since then, but still struggle dealing with sexuality. I often view it as a threatening/harmful, and oppressive and uncomfortable thing. I hope to one day, before my last day, fully embrace its sacredness, like you seem to do so well. Thank you so much for sharing. 🙏🏻😊❤️☀️
