Going to Whitby and Robin Hood bay this week as should be there Friday and stopping at goathland the heartbeat village and going on to York afterwards but going up to Yorkshire on Thursday morning from down south up the A1 straight to ponterfract

Mmm, it's nice to do a hotel now and again but the motorhome has some sort of attraction (and a fridge) that we can't shake off.. proper locks on the doors as well. Take care and stay safe. Steve & Janet 👍👍😘

Enjoyed the vlog, glad to see you're both on the mend, our family had covid a year ago this week before the vaccines came out & my husband Carl Leedham nearly died from it, he was in ICU seriously ill, thankfully due to the wonderful care of the doctors, nurses etc he survived although he is still under the hospital for tests etc because it looks like he has long covid, anyway enough of the serious stuff, we too went to Thornton le Dale last summer, we called in on our way to Scarborough where we felt the need for some sea air, luckily we managed to speak to Derek & my husband had a photo with him, socially distanced of course, he was a really nice man, hope you both continue to get better & stronger & take care, also love the bag Ann 😁

I just had a thought re your Whitby trip because of the low temperature , does that make you Coldslaws ? I too get frustrated with people who walk two abreast and have no clue you are behind them , also in the supermarket are those that just stop and block the isle , don’t get me started

The main part of the hotel is beautiful! The food was okay and the staff great. We would want a room in the old part of we stayed again.

Thanks Mark, we have an Avtex TV, but to be fair we rarely watch it. We use the iPad for Netflix or catch up. We mainly use the TV for playing DVDs 🤦🏻‍♀️ What sort of info are you after? We did a ‘setting up the motorhome’ vlog last year? Thanks for watching 👍🏻

There was a real contrast between the original part of the hotel and the new annexe sadly. We don’t need much to set Slaw off moaning or wittering 🤪

Stayed at that hotel as well before we wer cold.also , And for me it was very boring, and was just an average stay, Mr Slaw didn’t look impressed lol Whitby used haul whales upstream years ago up thru the harbour and slaughter them If you go further upstream you’ll see the blue rocks , they are strained blue , they say it was whale blood that stained them another useful bit of info , people think it’s fresh Whitby cod at Whitby , but in fact it’s shipped down from Scotland , Im just 10 minutes from Whitby i might have actually been ther when you wer ,same weekend ,I was flying my drone , It’s not quite like port Grimaund I prefer south of France. Than anywhere else , but hey Thanks for another interesting video,

@@mrsslaw9242 we used to travel down to port grimaund every year with a caravan thru Germany Swiss alps Italian riviera and down to st tropez absolutely loved just hard work with three kids and old grandparents. We either drive down now hire somthing to stay and @ car actually works out a lot cheaper keep up the good work
