I totally feel you on what happened at the restaurant, it's one of the main reasons why I post like I am on a timezone lol. Sometimes I would love to share moments with my friends without overthinking but then these things happen and they are like a reality check. I feel so sorry for you that these kinds of things happen, it sucks because I have anxiety so I know how you feel in terms of being anxious when outside, alone, eating, etc. and I can imagine that making it 10x worse. I wish people could remember that everyone is human and just because someone exists online doesn't mean you can treat them like animals, record them, follow them, etc. I hope this experience doesn't happen to you again and I hope you enjoy your trip to Canada! As a Canadian I am sure you will :)

Maybe try to get rid of the fear of not doing stuff - it will free you. Stay in the present moment and enjoy that without thinking of the next one. This helped me a lot and I lost fear almost completely

I think you should maybe spend your next four weeks discovering some outer parts of Japan! Maybe go to the beach, visit some temples. A good idea would be going to the beach during sunrise. I honestly relate so much to feeling like I need to be on the go because honestly, I will get so depressed being at home all the time.

Your new table is a beautiful color. Don't worry about matching woods, because, unless they're part of a set (say, a set of living room furniture), they're never going to match exactly, and the slight differences (when you try to match pieces exactly) will actually stand out more than pieces that are completely different shades.

For the dresser, I would put it where the little white shelf is, for the corner in your living room I would put a tall lamp, and for under the ladder I would put the corner bookshelf!!

maybe for under the ladder you could put a cat tree? for some reason reason they are lowkey really cute to me but idk 😭😭 they be kinda expensive. also this is really weird but you could put the table against the couch maybe? It helps separate the space and you can eat food while watching tv still hahaha

I think you should get a fun cat scratching post for the corner next to your tv. A little shelf unit will make it look cluttered in that area. Get some kind of drawer system for under your stairs, to use as a dresser. Or get a dresser for your loft, and put a big fake plant or pet bed under the stairs to keep it airy. Get a tall, slim bookcase for the spot where the white cubbies are now. So you have the display space, but also more room to walk to your stairs/living room. Or, you can buy peel and stick wallpaper and cover that white cubby unit with a pattern you like, and use it under the stairs or elsewhere. Just some suggestions. Have fun, I love the apartment!

I traveled about 50% of the time by myself in Korea for 2 weeks. You would be fine! If you want to meet some people you could stay in a hostel with a social atmosphere or possibly look for some meetup groups there.

The plant is Pachira aquatica! they also call it a chinese money tree! people overwater them a lot so they end up getting root rot. So don't water it too often and when theyre big they have sap dripping from the leaves so keep it on hard wood floors

Like arcades, karaoke places, maybe festivals, bars, shops, stuff like that and rate them 1to10. also please take a relax moment too! a fun way to relax and enjoy your time is playing a new video game or going to go watch a movie!
