Unfortunately, and I’m sure you already know, but she’s probably coming at you because you’re a foreigner. There’s nothing you can do to please people like that. I had this lady that lived below me once and she just didn’t like me and would come at me for anything I did. These people are crazy and see you as fresh bait and someone new they can manipulate. I don’t know the perfect solution but I say you write the lady a letter or something and give her a gift to kinda break the awkward ice so she’ll stop stressing.
