I have been suffering from anorexia for about 2 years now and it is super bad. It got so bad that I forgot how some foods tasted and after any food I ate I felt guilty. My parents soon found out about it and forced me to eat which made me uncomfortable since I still had anorexia. I felt like I wasn’t myself anymore at that point. I’ve always wanted to loose weight and hated the thought of eating. But now I’m still trying to recover and eat more, but it has been a challenge.

the saying: "i'm not responsible for your triggers" is so misused in the ana community. let's face the reality that the sentence is just wrong. you are putting your life on the internet, you are influencing other people's lives through your content no matter if you like it or not and this applies to everyone making any kind of content. some people struggling with ed make content that portraits it in an aesthetic way by showing visually appealing images and videos, this makes the viewer associate the pleasing visual with the unhealthy behavior which can lead to copying that certain behavior. the content creator is partially responsible for that. and especially since many underage people use the internet they are even more prone to this. it can be very dangerous. ed for underage kids can have long term effects even if they recover mentally later in life, if they got it while their bodies were developing it will never properly recover physically. and please don't take this as a hate comment, because it is not. i just really want to inform you that once you put something for the others to see it is no longer just documenting your life. you are sharing it. with thousands of other people and yes there might be people watching similar content to this to make them feel better because they feel less alone, that is surely true for some, but for lot of other people it is a motivation to dive even deeper to their relationship with ana/mia.

i get what u are saying 100% and didnt take it as hate at all! ive been using the same intro since i started making videos . . when i first started, i believe that my content showed the ed aspect a bit more. ive since age-restricted that video so that kids arent prone to finding it. honestly, the warning now is just a precaution bc i dont think i rlly showed anything triggering in this video imo, but others might see it differently which is why its there. this video is just me having fun with friends and dancing around. i stopped putting calorie counts and bodychecks in my video because i do partially agree with you! my main goal with this channel is for people to find comfort in my videos, not to be triggered. i hope i didnt come off as passive aggressive or anything because that isnt the tone i was trying to convey at all!
